”For the first time ever, the Real Madrid football team – crowned on Sunday as Spanish champions – has landed in Israel. International stars Raul, Guti, Casillas and more are excited for the big match tonight, where they will compete against the Peace Team – a mixed group of Palestinian and Israeli, Jewish and Arab players.
The Peres Center is delighted to welcome the team, as well as the distinguished international guests that have come to Israel to participate in this exciting event.
Also in the audience will be Israeli and Palestinian children from Kiriyat Shmona, Sderot, Jaffa, Nablus, Aqbat Jaber Refugee Camp, and more”
